The name for this small estate was inspired by the song 'Scarborough fair' parsley sage rosemary and thyme., by Simon & Garfunkel 1968. This track for which I bought the vinyl record just for this song reminds me of my first experiences at the Oregon country fair and all things magical in the summer.
